HOW WILL I FEEL DURING AND AFTER THE CRYOSAUNA?

The patient enters the cryosauna wearing cotton underwear and a fur boot, covers himself, and arranges himself so that his head is above the level of the walls as part of the cryosauna process. This keeps the respiratory tract from overcooling during the process. The operational zone of the cryosauna is then supplied with nitrogen steam and air that has been blended at temperatures as low as -180°C (cryocabin). The method can take anywhere from 1.5 minutes (at the start of the course) to 3 minutes (after 15 to 20 sessions).

Unlike while being tempered in cold water, the patient doesn’t feel any discomfort during the treatment because nitrogen vapour has a limited thermal conductivity and doesn’t overcool the body. After the session, you’ll be amazed to discover that even though your skin feels cold to the touch, your body actually radiates a cosy feeling of warmth.

Within the operation, you can experience some little pins and needles, but after a short while, you’ll feel joyful, energised, and calm all at once. It stimulates blood circulation and increases collagen formation because the level of endorphins (happiness hormones) rises. In actuality, the procedures in your body will take place for 6 to 8 hours.

The effects of cryoprocedures are comparable to those of exercise, i.e., improved immunity, boosted moods due to endorphin generation, increased body tone, stimulated metabolism, sustained fight against cellulite and obesity.
